Correct, Water Breathing is in Murklands. Location:Edge of map at top centre a passage goes East to a pedestal with the scroll on it.

If you mean Forcefield, it's in the Mausoleum, down the opposite set of stairs from where you fight the Unknown Horror. Indeed, you'll need the round key it drops in order to get into that particular location.
