I got it once by overloading someone with temporary compound v and normal compound v

I spent a while trying to work it out and here it is

The butcher parasite can be obtained by injecting a human with temporary compound v and normal compound v at the same time. This works the best with fluid tubes in pause time

you dont need to "overload" just give them both of the liquids

what does the parasite even do other then live in there body and eat people when its out

what else is it supposed to do?? cook? clean?????
