No other entities, e.g no gas, A-10s or any military or police, but a ♥♥♥♥ tone of civilians spawning in every few hundred metres. I have just disabled the mod (day one)
is that still the recommended course of action? e.g do the day one after, then post the nuke going off and once you have left the starting town, disable day one to stop any issues in the future etc
On a side note, day one mod is incredible and is amazing, thanks for the work that was put into it
My question is once we disable Day One will the NPCs that were rendered still be there? Slayer has mentioned they at their base use zombie code, so we are curious if they will "Zombify", Stay NPCs that will humanly need to be layed to rest, or despawn if we revisit those chunks?
I am going to bring this post to my server host attention and see where our group decides from there. I suggested the "Canon Lore" to this was these are the civilians who hunkered down and followed the military's instructions. When we came to that area they were inspired by our group of Insane Survivors and took action. Sadly they were ill prepared for the hoards as we all are at spawn.
LOVE THE MODS! This and Banditz are the reason our group is happy to wait for B42. This keeps it so much fresher. Turn off the Civs and such, tweak the events a bit and it makes a run where it's you being chased from the sky in the most inhumane way!
