Completed Additions/Changes

  • Added custom names for Illan fey and their xenotypes
  • Introduced Ancient Illan xenotype
  • Introduced Awakened Simulacrum xenotype
  • Implemented custom settlement namer
  • Van Illan settlements now favor cold biomes
  • ~~Added Van Illan-specific backstories~~ Nixed for being needless bloat
  • Frost Fey style variants for selected MO equipment
  • Rebalance rimed weapons to better account for both heat armor and the target's comfortable temperature
  • Removed Illan longsword, war bow, and sidesword; integrated them into the Frost Fey style
  • Simulacra Soul


New Genes
  • Frozen Attunement: Reduces sleep need and enhances psychic abilities in subzero temperatures
  • Ancient Attunement: A stronger version of Frozen Attunement
  • Ancient Grace: Prevents violent mental breaks and increases social impact
  • Simulacrum Commander: Grants access to the Simulacrum Command ability, which can be used to turn simulacra neutral or allied.


WIP

  • Boss fight!



New Loot
  • Simulacra Soul: A medicine that turns a simulacrum into an Awakened Simulacrum, a much less violent but more fragile simulacrum that has regained its skills. Makes a good worker but a terrible fighter.


After 1.6 is Done
  • Release standalone Illan Fey xenotype mod
  • Release standalone Frost Fey style
  • Add custom psycasts - Moved to standalone Frost Fey path for VPE
