can u expand on the cyberware like maybe the sandevistan like if u activate the top chest part it will slow everything except the person with the implant idk i'd just like more cyberware

i got another idea do u know the utopia mod made by 01 Studio's? If u do U can make tiny chips that enhance the person's stats like a leg chip that enhances the walk animations speed or maybe a strength Chip

I tried to make it functional. Didn't worked. It's over. Billions must use cosmetic cyberware.
