i can't spawn two or more weathers at once

It's not a specific issue. I limited to one at a time due to how the weather interacts with the skybox, fog, etc. I could remove the limit but it wouldn't work that well in my opinion. For now, you can spawn the hail entities with any weather.

it would be better to increase the limit to 3 or 4

@olen I agree, it would be nice to combine some rain with night or drought with a sandstorm.
