Question... are you playing the mission on a dedicated server?
Because I can't reproduce both errors. Any other hint?

Yes, the mission is running on a dedicated server. I only found the errors after the fact so unfortunately I can't provide any more information, but I'll let you know if I find a way to reproduce the errors.
