Hi on the editor click on the location you want place the uav ,then from the bottom of the selection menu you must always select the "spawn vehicles with crew" option ,to be able to use any kind of uav , the right terminal is the nato one for the nato uav of course.

UAVs still have crew, the only difference to normal A3 entities is that they are invisible.
So the UAVs are not really UAVs in the game :)
