You have to activate the sentry mode, then slam the upper chest of the human into the upper chest (or arc reactor) of the war machine suit (or iron patriot)

sentry mode is not necesarry find a person then slam a limb into the upper torso they will then enter then suit you can activate sentry mode in the upper torso context menu sentry mode only works when someone is not in the suit it basically mimics someone being in the suit when no one is
