By this you mean division comanders ? If yes its currently in the to fix list.

I'm not sure if you have any control over this, I just had USA liberate Guyana (Democratic, not a puppet) and a female leader popped up "Jan Hoppie" who has two traits: "Reich Minister of Foreign Affairs" & "Financial Expert". If these are randomly generated from a pool when assigning traits, you may want to take the German specialists out.

This is a known isue caused by NSB, I am planing to fix it in aproximitley 3 months (Maybe sooner, but I doubt that, I have upcoming exams).

4.Asian portraits (China,Korea,Japan...) just don't work. everything else works just fine.
