Weps not cosmetics?
What if these were weps, not cosmetics? Like, the boots could add speed, the hand could be like a new gunslinger... Mini-Dispensers? The eye could be like a construction PDA, where the buildings show up in your eye, or you can see enemy health or something. Or somthing completely different.

the hand could like make living buildings. like, the sentries move 75% the speed of a normal heavy, dispensers maybe move like a demo... and theyd seek out targets. like the sentry would seek enemies and if its hurt, seek engi's instead of medics. and dispensers target players like medics. and as a nerf, teleporters move around aimlessly

Pros
+25% Movement Speed while Carrying Buildings
Increased Metal carry amount 30%
10% Health in crease for all Buildings
Cons
Uses ups secondary slot
Marked for death while carrying
-15% Health
Can not move Buildings

If items were to be individual:

Headpiece: Normal hat

Glove: Take up melee and simple reskin of the gunslinger(it looks cooler and a lot of people would want it)

Shoes: Take up secondary and allow faster movement speed(10% or 20%) but decrease health(-15% or -20%)

Either way, I think this item is very cool and interesting. Keep up the good work.

I at the very least want the eyepiece to be a reskin of the construction PDA. That would be AWESOME
