If it does, but the prompt isn't showing up in-game, you can try the following:
- Open the console with the tilde key `
- Run this command "l PST_BackupReplace(<savefile number>, <backup number>)" (for example, you'd do "l PST_BackupReplace(3, 2)" to load the second backup on the third savefile) - note that the backup with the largest filesize is likely the one with the most progress
- Afterwards, run "l PST.saveManager.Load(false)"
This should load the backup data into your savefile.
EDIT: I've re-read now and noticed that you started new runs multiple times after the data loss - this does mean that the original data has been lost irreversibly.
You can use some commands to regain progress such as "l PST:addXP(1000)" to add an amount of XP with the currently selected character, or "l PST:toggleDebugMode()" to be able to allocate any tree node regardless of SP/respecs.
