Oxob now has three main gimmicks:

Ionic Charges:
The more Oxob attacks the opponent, the more his meter will fill up. Once that happens he'll gain one pip of charge. This gives him access to his Ionized moves which deal more damage along with doing something different.

Ionic Field:
Each time the opponent is hit, a small field will start to increase in size from the center of the opponent. While Oxob is in this field he gains reduced damage and knockback and some of his moves are now one frame faster. Ionic Bomb now also will home in on the opponent if in this field.

Ionic Surge:

As Oxob deals damage, he builds up his Surge meter. Once it's filled and the required charges and meter are met, Oxob can enter Ionic Surge State. Ionic Surge puts Oxob in a temporary state where he can use his Ionized Moves for free and also shocks the enemy after each attack. Oxob also gains access to three super powerful moves. Use them to quickly defeat the enemy!
