You see, i have an Europe custom map and the cities are all already settled by turn 1.
That makes the regions remain unclaimed for the entire game as i have not "settled" (with a settler).
I really love the idea and the Rng of the mod...but this mechanic makes it merely decorative on my Scenario map.
