They're Called Emu's
For those of you that are uneducated on Australian animals, here in Australia we have no 'Ostriches' here in Australia. We have what we call 'Emu's' or 'Cassowary's.' Both are similar but both to an Ostrich but are completely black and Cassowary's have an added blade/horn on their head. Just to let you all know

I live in Australia as well good sir. And the point I was making is that they're using an Ostrich when it would seem more acurate to use an Emu.

Yes an emu would be more accurate given the Australian heritage but an Ostrich stands out more and is more recognisable. It's just a game, lack of realism is it's core.

We do have ostriches here though, just like camels there are feral populations living out in the desert.

Come now people, really? You're debating wether it should be an emu or an ostrich in a game were people can be healed by a beam, and jump twice, and set off explosives underneath themselves and not be harmed. And you're complaining about it being an ostrich? REALLY?

My high school principal had an emu farm, and I live in the south east USA. Emus don't live there. Can't explain that. BillOReilly.png

Yup.

Also I don't actually remember Ostriches/Emus/New Zealand in the comics. Sorry if I'm stupid. :spycon:

I find the bigger problem to be that you said the same statement twice in one sentence, "here in Australia we have no 'Ostriches' here in Australia." :v
