Hi, I noticed that in Arena, whenever I have NEM installed I immediately have access to all weapon addons earlier than intended. I've already made sure that the FreeWeaponModify is disabled so I decided to uninstall NEM (and disable every other mod, just to be safe) and saw that I no longer have access to the late tier addons, and when I reinstalled NEM, sure enough I have access to all addons again.

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or not, but in the case that it isn't, can it be fixed?
