This is highly impractical.
As the sniper, you need to see your targets, and click on their tiny heads, however, he can't see with this, meaning he can't see anybody and he'll most likely die from a spy, and even if he could tell where somebody is via vibrations and sound, he would be stuck with short range, which is his weakness.

Absolutely barbaric.

Only one problem: From the name (and everything else about it)...It kinda sounds like it's a "only works on Halloween (or a server with the full moon)" hat

The whole point of this item, to me at least, is to signify Sniper is so skilled at aiming and killing targets, he doesn't even need the most useful sense, his eyes. It just goes to show that the Sniper is truly an assassin of his time.

You're talking about something being practical about a character that uses their own pisss as a weapon.

I was getting a bloodborne vibe off of the hat, and in that game people just remove their eyes/add more eyes to see more about the world, which is what i though of
