Aquila Macrocannon Stronghold CD from 3->6
Influence cost from 500->600
The nerf might sound extreme, but I really underestimated the ability for the stronghold to be "spammed" if I really wanted to in my playtesting- not to mention, the influence cost doesn't increase for each cannon unlike normal fortress of redemption. As such, 600 influence is the new cost to avoid midgame macro spamming. The CD increase helps drastically with this, as well as prevent the SM lategame to scale too hard by dropping them on cooldown.
Also, considering a cost increase to the chapter master itself considering he's hella hard to kill, but not sure if it should be normal resources or production wise- normal resources cost increase (req, energy, influence) would mean SM players would not be able to spare the resources midgame to pop this guy out when they should be mass producing normal units, while production increase would make the already insanely high time required to make CM much higher. Will keep this as is for now, but LMK if you would like to see any specific type of nerfs and why.
