Not sure if this is a mistake or intentional, but I think it's the former so I'll put it here. In Pipe Yard VS_D05, the room that contains the new gate to Forsaken Factory, the pipe that connects VS_D05 to VS_C08 has been moved from the east end of the room to the west end, when VS_C08 is to the east.
