I think there should be more phases and attacks.
For example phase 5 where it starts looking more like a huge squid after consuming a lot of things.
It should also use the skull throwing attack and try grabbing nearby things with its tentacles.
Possibly a Formidibomb would also be useful for getting to phase 6 and 7 (the severed phases).
