The leading theory is that the Kleiner Community Center is either currently dealing with radioactive material, or used to be some sort of nuclear plant. Many areas outside trigger the Geiger counter. According to halfsine, there is a trigger between the open space behind the center and the water tower (that triggers the Geiger counter), suggesting a underground pipe, dealing with radioactivity. Another area that triggers the Geiger counter is pool 1 (sludge pool). This suggests pool 1 is radioactive, and since a sign says it was closed due to plumbing, this may suggest a radioactive material was going through the pipes(?) Near the lobby, there is wall art that shows two barns, two cooling towers of a nuclear plant, and a pipe dumping radioactive material into a body of water. This may suggest what happened with the community center before it was finished in 1996. (Also the place is probably haunted due to the portrait bleeding and a ghost trying to lock you in the dark room)
