I both hate this and love this
It should be paired with the Holy Mackrel to give scout around 5 new voice lines, all of which are fish noises or fish puns. His feet also slap against the floor when he moves.

I would consider moving it's face forward, to be compatable with hats and to get a better chance of getting picked
