HE is annoyed by the pigeons! Kill the pigeons so that way he won't attack you.
If HE starts walking toward you, walk toward him and press E to give him a hug!
HE likes having friends over! Install the Umbrella Men addon!
HE usually creates messes and accidentally spawns random props everywhere, help him clean up by destroying them!
Don't kill anything in-game, HE will see you as hostile, when you don't kill anything HE will want to befriend you
