he likes only seagulls, not all birds.
in the dimension of HIM, seagulls will .... if you piss HIM off.
he likes placing seagulls decals on maps, so he can make sure you know he likes them

he actually only likes seagulls because as I researched he won't become angrier if you kill non-seagulls and there's no things that he can do with others(he can become angry if you kill any friendly-neutral npc tho)

i think him like drowned at a beach or sum since we hear seagulls and waves on hims radio and he likes seagulls as well
