Pack-A-Punch step bugged
Got the anomaly on top of ruined pizzeria, anomaly on top of present pizzeria, but the anomaly on top of the roof near PAP didn't spawn, and if it did and was invisible, it was unshootable, therefore I could not complete the PAP steps. Made it to round 22 before realising I wasn't stupid, but it was infact bugged.

This second playthrough it spawned normally, so no idea what caused the bug or if I accidentally did something to cause it.
