VVA_SlowDoors is part of this workshop item. If you don't have this mod (should be called something like "Apocalyptically slow doors") this means your downloaded version of the mod is not latest one. In that case the mentioned above trick of unsub+resub should fix it. If the problem remains - asking the host to do the same might help in case their downloaded version is not latest either.
If the problem still stands - please share the screenshot of the error you get. There might be more details there I could get.
