Stats
Faster firerate, 50 more bullets, each kill gives a ring giving different buffs...
1 kill: Small ring, when within borders you take 20% less damage
2 kills: Small Ring inside a larger Ring, When within 2nd ring 20% less damage, When within 1st 30% less damage
3 kills(Maximum): 3 rings, 3rd 20%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 40%
Although 25%less minigun damage

EFFECTS DO NOT STACK WITH OTHER 3 RINGS

Sounds like the perfect minigun for MvM. I also like how it makes heavy more of a support class. Makes it real easy for protecting your medic and your team when you are charging the enemy base.

On 3 kills: 100% critical hits for 3 seconds
+66% slower spin up time

Alt-Fire: Create confetti particles and Birthday sounds (disables old effect)
