I think this should be a Flying Guilotine reskin.
I don't think this would work too well with the spy, mainly because this with either replace his knife or revolver, but this would be a great reskin for the Guilotine.

I agree that it should be for the Scout, but instead of being a flying guilotine reskin, it should have different stats.

For example, maybe it travels faster than the flying guilotine and recharges faster, but it does not add the bleed effect.

Yeah, I definitely agree, you can't just change the whole gameplay of the knife like that. A flying guillotine would work much better

I think that would be better too maybe a faster recharge rate?
