I ran this mod by itself and reinstalled it a few times to check on if it was something on my end however: when I start up Romania and release Romanistan; out of all the cores they have only North Transylvania yet lose the rest including its core in Czechoslovakia. Also when I start as North Transylvania I get one Civ. factory, though after a day in game goes by my factory count drops to 0 even though the Civ. factory is still in the state. This includes factories from focuses, they never appear. Thank you in advance
