In act 2, the door that teleports you to the roof doesn't work. I don't know if it is a bug or something that you purposefully put into the game.

The neighbor's AI was broken when i was playing Act 2. He wasn't able to move.

Was the neighbor's AI broken at the start of Act 2 or after locking the neighbor in the garage?

This mod has random spawn of items. That's why you can't find green key in table. You can disable random spawn in mod settings.

Sorry, but you can't fix the door bug in act 2. If you open the door, the barrier will disappear. You can climb onto the roof using objects or a console
