Is she invisible since the arrival at Skellige? Do you have the free DLCs installed? Because Ciri uses the armor from her free DLC in that section of the game, so if it's invisible it's probably because the mod is pointing to a model that doesn't exist on your game installation

yenefer doesent have a body in kaer morhen, triss misses her lower body the whole game same as keira in kaer morhen, zoltan sometimes didnt had hands while in nilfgaard
i tried with the free dlc off and still had the same effect

Ciri crying is not compatible, this mod already integrates a crying appearence for that scene. Other than that, the other mods definetely shouldn't cause these issues. What if you unsubscribe and then subscribe again to the mod (so it gets downloaded and installed again)? Maybe it was a bad install?

Could you upload the save files on mediafire (or any other hosting site of your preference) so I can test from your saves?

a save in the dandelion tavern where u get the quest to save phillippa with triss;

Ive got the same bugs as Muffin mentioned above, also Ive observed that when I walk away from lets say yennefer, she no longer has invisible body and has the custom clothes. However when I go into the photo mode, she becomes invisible again (only head hands and boots visible) no matter the distance from her.

As you can see I don't have issues with their appearances here, which makes me come to the conclusion that the problems don't come from this mod (this because if it were issues caused by some bad scripting or bad appearance set up, like it was for the Ciri missing sword bug, it would affect the save)

Do the NPCs look fine if you uninstall this mod? Because then the only conclusion is that it must be some weird mod conflict.

Are you sure you don't have mods installed from nexus? (they are in the Mods folder of the game's directory).

if i desable the mod some cahracter still look messed up, for a while for the final couple quests i did in fact unistal de mod, and ciri still didnt had any hair, although yennefer had her normal body, i remember uninstaling the mod but the caracters till looked messed up

the only mods i had where from cuberpunk, but sill went to check the page from this mod, where i saw that i need the DLC, witch i dont have, to check if it is that the problem i need to wait for it go go on sale

here i have only the dynamic mod and she still missing parts

it looks like they stay like this even after desabling or unistaling the mod, and if u can please confirm the the problem is with the dlc it would be nice, i didnt saw anything on steam regarding the dlc, just on nexus (if there was mb for being blind).
