Another Stats Suggestion.
So, I looked at Squeekypoo's stats suggestion, and I thought I'd suggest something a little different.
Note: Anything in curly brackets is a note that explains why I chose the specific stat. Also, and X - X value stats (X% - X%, X seconds - X seconds) should be random. For example, I eat the Sandvich and get an 8 second speed boost, but a 9 second freeze. I try again - I get a 4 second speed boost, but only a 2 second freeze. Something like that. Finally, any Bold text indicates the effect being suggested.Thank you.

It's an Ice a Space Cream Sandvich, so of Course:
  • +50% Fire Vulnerability
[/i]{constant, so as long as the Sandvich is in your loadout, this effect will always be active.}[/i]

But to Counter That (and to Make the Effects of Sharing the Sandvich More Diverse):
  • When Thrown, Creates a Pool that Freezes Enemies in Place for 5-10 Seconds or Slows Teammates by 10%-25% for 10 Seconds {A variation on what Squeekypoo sugested. This would also diversify the sharing mechanic of the Sandvich, and make you think about the correct time to do it. It's an underused tactic, but when used correctly can help massively with any Sandvich.}
It's a Food Item, so it Needs to Have Some Extra Food Effects, Such as...
When eaten:
  • +100% of Current Health {+100% of max health would be too OP in my eyes.}
  • +30-50% speed increase for 10-15 seconds , then freezes you for 5-10 seconds {This would encourage players to go all out crazy for the speed boost duration, then suffer the consequences afterwards.}

So, to Summarise (Remember, all X - X Value Stats Should be Randomised as Mentioned in the Note at the top of the Page):

Passive Effect:
  • +50% Fire Vulnerability
When Thrown:
  • Creates a Pool that Freezes Enemies in Place for 5-10 Seconds or Slows Teammates by 10%-25%
When Eaten:
  • +100% of Current Health
  • +30-50% speed increase for 10-15 seconds, then freezes you for 5-10 seconds
      So, there are a few stats for you.

I think that the x-x values in each relevant stat should be randomised - for example, I eat the Sandvich and get an 8 second speed boost, but a 9 second freeze. I try again - I get a 4 second speed boost, but only a 2 second freeze. Something like that. Thanks for your feedback!

What if, the stats should be,
When eaten:
All attacks slow down the enemy by 100% (Something like this is simliar to one of the miniguns)
40% Resistance to Fire Damage
-20% Movement Speed
It's simple and there is one thing- how would a ice cream speed someone up? Maybe make them hyper but I think some kind of more sugary snack would fit that.

Oh and when thrown:
All attacks slow down the enemy by 25%
10% Resistance to Fire Damage
-5% Movement Speed
Heals 150% of the current users HP.

I'm not sure how the thrown movement speed decrease would work realistically. The original movement speed increase when eaten is, like you said, relative to a hyperactive state. I think that my decrease in fire resistance fits because who would want to walk around with molten ice cream melting through their flesh? Also, I can't see the first stat you mention being accepted by others, and I can't see it working realistically either.

5-10 seconds of freezing enimeis is FAR too long, 2-3 is more balanced, scrap the teamates slow effect, would be used to troll 10-15 seconds of speed boost is WAAAAAAAAY too long, try 5-7 and the freezeing yourself effect should be about 3-6 seconds.

I mean, space. You're on the moon. You jump higher. You eat it, you jump higher. Counter: walk slower? Move slower? It should work like the Dalokoh's Bar, no recharge, but can't be thrown. No fire resistance, perhaps it recharges in the way like the Spycicle, if you are burned you lose access to the bar, wait for recharge.

I like that idea about the Spycicle - that's what I was going for with the decrease of fire resistance. However, I think the standard Jump and Speed stats you suggest would be very situational - I can only see them being viable on the new Asteroid map. Instant recharge? Considering the stats I originally suggested, I feel like this would be too OP. Can't be thrown? If that's the case, half of the stats I suggested are useless. Finally, I don't want this item to be a Dalakoh's reskin - I want it to be it's own item in it's own rights.
