T-62 unable to pen M60 front
M60 can pen the T-62 and the T-62 can't do the opposing? Come to a conclusion, For some reason there's barely any damage coming from the T-62 in multiplayer

Not sure if you know enough about LVS but AP and HE are existent, just the AP for the AP for the T-62 is doing a massive lack of damage, with only ~20 per shot to the side (I haven't tested this in singleplayer, but it's an issue Im having in multiplayer). Realistically the T-62 should be crushing the M60 in penetration shells being either 3BM3 or 3BM4, haven't looked close enough at the shells but they're modelled as one of those of APFSDS. These shells should have I believe ~350mm of pen on a 0 degree angle if remember properly from documents on the shells.

Slightly went on longer than I wanted to but I mean, threw out some facts of some sort I guess

i think you have issues in ur gmod. tank shouldnt behave like that.
