Is this a re-texture or a new "skin"?
Is a bit confusing. I'd assume just a re-texture to the existing skin? Because of the name being the same. But not 100% sure. Anyways looks cleaner then the current one and textures look more HD, which I'd love to see in the game.

Ah in the main picture there is also "Update pending" so another reason why I think this is more for updating the existing skin.
