Missing texture under water
This only happens to me and i have a lot of games mounted but it still wont get rid of it help?

Your addons is causing the problem. Fresh install of mine. No addons. no games mounted. No missing textures in the map. The map required textures is packaged within the map.

I had a similar problem, I had to change from "-dxlevel 80" to "-dxlevel 90" in my startup parameters, it fixed it for me.
