snow
can you add feature that will spawn snow (like in missions that takes place in winter) on snowy weather

I'm not sure how that would work out, even if the dev could find out a way to make it spawn snow it may have tons of bugs like snow spawning in buildings.

it may work as a saparte mod where snowing snow stacks and stays on the surface it hits
like real snow
but yeah it ain't gonna work here
