For this variant on version 4.03, I have noticed a weird bug about the shipsets not showing in the empire selection and the game crashes.

NGS does not affect shipsets. I will take a look later today but this is likely an issue with another mod.

Most likely, but I have checked every single mod, and this one causes the bug.

Please test this with only NGS enabled. If it still occurs while using this mod alone in the modlist, then it would help to confirm it.

I looked at NGS files, however, as I said, the mod literally doesn't even touch shipsets. There is no folder for it, no file. There's nothing to fix on my end. Try verifying your game files with steam and wiping your applied mods. Then, re-enable only NGS and try again.

Well, when not using it, all of the mods are working correctly, so there is no problem at my end with mods.

If anyone else is following this thread, please test NGS on your end. If this happens to multiple people, then I'll have to dive deeper into this, as I have no idea what might be causing this. I can't test it myself for a few days, unfortunately.

dunno how it works with Classic but right now with Bug Branch it changes all jobs to civic versions without having these civics like Anglers and Pearl Divers from Anglers civic and Rangers from Environmentalist civic

This variant of NGS is only compatible with the Bug Branch version of Ethics and Civics. NGS does not affect pop jobs nor civics.

yea my bad, i was checking all my mods what was causing this and bug disappeared when i turned off ngs and i stopped checking it further. now the bug stopped completely existing with all my mods on.
