I tried installing it manually it doesnt work

Nevermind sorry it was conflicting with a addon i install manually enhanced ragdoll physics from galaxy highmarshall discord
it replaced combine model with normal

When you install this mod, restart your GMOD and it should work.

I know they broke alot of combine replacements for the HLE1&2 Update

same issue persisting it only replaces the prison guards and the elite, not the regular soldier
