I gave a +102 gift to miliria colony and it didn't changed the relations.
i did exactly that. and it didn't show any message nor gave me any feedback about what happened.

in non-ancot race starting (milira, kiiro) it is works as perment hostile faction.

I have trouble with feather church relation is totally fixed netural(in milira starting) issue. may be storyteller doesn't show milira event. I have to plan with hostile milira. It is never shown with event...

may be some faction mod did something mass of relation setting. I think there is issue with single faction is can not become permanently hostile like empire(loyalty)...

best option is may be starting with kiiro to prevent this issue.

that is sad... i went with vanilla start and wanted to trade with them. anyways, thank you.

Milira faction is permanently hostile with any race other than other themselves and i think other Ancot races. So if you didnt start with one of these you cant ally with them or even become neutral no matter what.
