1. Try to recreate the bug with only Katana Sheath activated. (use -debug mode to help create if needed)
   
2. If the bug persists with only Katana Sheath activated, please let us know the exact steps required to recreate this bug.
   
3. If the bug doesn't occur when only using Katana Sheath, please attempt to determine which mods are contributing to the error by disabling all mods, enabling Katana Sheath, then enabling other mods incrementally until you're able to recreate the error.
