The Byzantium mission A Tarnished State, which locks off an entire section of the mission tree does not count your devclicks like it does in vanilla. The only way currently to finish the mission is by getting 8 ideas to unlock your second tradition.

Pronoiar inheritance doesn't seem to be working. Retracted right to inheritance, liberty desire under 50%, tested with console command to kill pronoia's ruler, but still didn't inherit. It also seems like the mission Restore Authority that enables Reformed Byzantine Monarchy, removes pronoiars.

yeah we are looking into it, most likely an problem with the event firing trigger

its likely a issue related to another mod we are partially integrating into our own, though i wont say what mod until its official lol
