my guess is that when typing something an autocorrect feature thought they were referencing a variable in system.security, so it added it to a list of references they were using at the top of the mod. I checked the code myself and system.security is not used anywhere.

1. its not spyware, that's one of the many things that steam will ban you for uploading
2. why would anyone put spyware in a ppg mod?

quite a lot of mods are marked as suspicious, I think its because PPG doesnt like people messing with its code, and as TimTam said:

I myself don't know what it is but I just don't enable any flagged mods. It's never a risk as long as you don't make yourself vulnerable
