If the folder "Civil War In Russia" is not in "Modules", try going to the following path:
"...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\48700\3246411358"
then you will find yourself in the folder of the mod you subscribed to on steam, and then immediately proceed to Step 3.2

Step 1: Go to the local repository with the mount and blade files, to do this you need to go to the library, find the game, then click on the gear -> manage -> Browse local files:

Step 2: Now you should be in the folder with the game files, you need, among others, to find a directory called "Modules" - it contains all the mods that you installed for Mount&Blade: Warband, among them there will be "Civil War in Russia":

Step 3.1: Go to the folder with the mod "Civil War in Russia".

Step 3.2: Inside the folder with the mod there are files that change the resources of the original Native, you need, among others, to find the directory with textures - "Textures".

Inside this folder you need to find the file "cursor.dds", and just delete it(the file may look different than mine, just make sure the file name matches):
