Like you said, the TV schedule being hardcoded makes it easy to calculate when the next program starts-- the challenge here will be getting an understanding of the weather & climate systems to figure out how to predict when weather events will happen, but it's too cool of an idea to NOT explore!
Even if I can't 'predict' them on a long enough timescale, a Barometer to predict the next rainstorm could be super helpful for growing crops.

For the sake of saving space, would it be possible to either include an ability to bundle TV Guides into stacks of 5 and 10 like some of the other mods here that do similar things for newspapers, magazines, etc? For example, Easy Packing + Organized Storage
