1. the bots want to fix the torpedoes, but they can't get to them 2. When you hit the bow where the shuttle is, the bots put on spacesuits and stand near the weapons compartment and stand in spacesuits
p.s at the beginning of the movement of the submarine, severe power outages begin

The power outage is from a nerf a while back to reactor reaction time, not much i can do (starting from 0-100 really fast does that).

I couldn't replicate the problems with 1. and 2.. Though I did recently manually re-work waypoints.
