Feedback & spot ideas
Please post any feedback or ideas for special spots in here.

Here is a list of content which gets added over time:

- producer mechsocket (already finished - waiting for polishing of the containing mod)
- bigger spots (3x3) for bigger mechs (currently failing on the artwork)
- mechanoid maintenance hub - 3x3 autorecharge and repair spot (currently failing on the artwork)


Here is also a list of ideas which I might add/try over time:

- github version for non steam user

- option for the spots to dormant self recharge on them Done!
- copy/paste of spot options (rotation, mechtype charging strenght) Done!
- option for charging sockets to produce waste Done!

- 1.4 version support - discarded, it's just to annoying for me

First of all, thank you for the awesome mod.

As an idea: A copy option for viewing direction, mech type and charging strength would be brilliant.

Furthermore, I don't know if it's a bug, but you can't edit more than 1 spot at the same time, the others don't take over the settings.

I really like these ideas.
Copying and pasting of the options is a bit too advanced for me at the moment, although I would like to play around with it in the future.
Not beeing able to change multiple spots at once is not a bug, I just haven't coded that in.
If nothing goes wrong, it will be included in the next update :)
I think a spot that puts the mech in self-charge mode, but doesn't use power would be good. I also think charging spots using 400W is pretty high, should be more like 200 imo.

I've looked into it a bit and can achieve it, albeit a little differently than the vanilla way.
Charging sockets would produce the same amount of waste as charging with a normal charger, but the waste produced would be ejected by itself (when full), with an additional setting for how much waste can be stored in the socket.

If nothing goes wrong, it will be included in the next update, although marked as experimental as I won't be playing a full modded test run with it and just do basic testing instead.

The reason for the non-vanilla variant:
Adding it like the vanilla rechargers is not a problem, making it optional is.
The changes would only apply to newly created sockets and not existing ones, while requiring a restart of the game to apply the setting.
It would also require a few Harmony patches, which increases the likelihood of conflicts with other mods.
