Generally when you die while your team win. You can perform repicking any class repeatedly until you "respawn". (This thing only works for Winners).

Performing in this map resulting player "survive" after respawning and receiving no health draining.

If you add add extra trigger_hurt to drain health like Idling Map to surprise "survivor" would be a good detail.
