how do you start the boss rush?
I know this might be a stupid question but I saw there was a boss rush in the trailer yet I checked both the mod settings and new game and didn't see it there. Am I looking in the wrong place, or did I miss something

you can set it to boss rush mode in mod settings or find the entrance portal somewhere in the world in a normal run

The portal is at the top of the Tower, opposite to the Avarice Diamond. Or you can set the mode to Boss Rush as was mentioned.
