I'm assuming there's some sort of difference between the three types of ammo i was able to locate. I'm also assuming that's the reason why my jaeger rifle is shooting like a ww1 trench gun and just mowing down dozens of troops in a volley... or are there mods i need to turn off?

Also, are ammo belts cosmetic or am i using them wrong?
