Secrets & References on the map
Before keep reading, keep on mind that there will be spoilers if you check this discussion

The map have 10 secrets on all the map, all of them unlocks a music to play.
In order to play a music, first, you need to find a breakable wall in a house, then, there will be buttons to play the music that you unlocked before.
Also, found every secret on the map, unlocks the Credits Room!

The following list contains all the secrets founded by the users (i will give clues if you want to find them):
  • -Hahate's Hip-hop Magazine
  • -Reisen Box delivery
  • -Bunbunmaru newspaper
  • -Lunchbag to the well
  • -Bring the three beer bottles to the stall
  • -Hidden four gears in order
  • -Lost Kokoro's mask on the Mansion to the well
  • -Papers delivery to the house with a paper on it
  • -Two lost Wrenches
  • -Build the Grimoire puzzle

The following list contains all the references of the secrets (will be added with the time that is mentioned):

you can bring all the scattered beer bottles to the stall in the shop area to make a ring thing appear on the counter
throw the lunchbag behind this counter into the well
you can also bring the newspapers to the house with one nailed to the door
also, you can interact with the newspapers in suzuunan to cause a 1-up sound.
there is also a manga thing behind the houses on the far edge of the river

you have to break through the back wall of a house to find a music room. i didnt keep track of which secret enabled which song but im guessing the hatate manga enables the secret in your town.

finding all the beers also makes suika appear on top of the shop.

bring reisen's hat (on the edge of the map) to the middle of the trio of western houses to unlock lunatic eyes - invisible full moon

there's some kind like puzzle inside the house at edge of village, and it contains sigils or symbol each puzzle and red object beside the puzzle, i wonder that means.

Nice!
You need to build the puzzle with the parts that are on the floor, but one of them is outside somewhere, is a little white square, so maybe is on a white building!
Also the red thing that is on the building, is just a music stop. Each secret that you found and then interact or bring the objects to an specifict place, will unlock a music!
Worth to mention, that found every secret, unlocks the credits room!

Niceee! Finally some one find these secrets!
Both not unlocks anything, they are just funny secrets.
Also there is a last one that not unlocks any secret!

There's an oni mask under the large building, dropping it into the well activates a sound.

There's also some weird gear-shaped things protruding from some buildings.

One of the buildings has a QR code that leads to the Nitori Get Down video.
